My work spans enterprise platforms, fintech, publishing and social products — across both mobile and web. I lean on a mix of research methods to get underneath a problem before designing anything, then shape that understanding into interfaces and systems that hold up at scale.
That means moving comfortably between UX strategy, information architecture, interaction design, and the design-systems thinking that keeps a product coherent as it grows — increasingly alongside AI-assisted tools that speed up research synthesis and exploration.
